Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet the business objectives and needs for each account in collaboration with internal planning and the account buying/planning team
  • Develop seasonal financial plans and assortment plans in partnership with manager that meet the business objectives and needs for each account
  • Analyze business by style and by door to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).
  • Ability to manage account forecasts and profitability
  • Analyze weekly sales data to recommend strategy shifts and assortment needs by account and climate
  • Manage integrated marketing plan (Capital, Advertising, Collateral) by account in partnership with marketing and visual merchandising team
  • Partner with merchandising and visual team to ensure accurate floor plans are distributed to accounts
  • Ensure high level of professional and proactive communication with all levels of account management

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Express a consistent ambition for wholesale/retail apparel sales
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
  • Willing to understand retail math
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to travel/flexibility
  • Some excel experience needed
